What types of organisations do you work with?

I work with values-led SMEs, B Corps, and purpose-driven organisations committed to creating an inclusive, people-first workplace. Whether you're a small team scaling up or an established business reimagining your culture, I’m here to support you.

Do you offer project-based support or ongoing retainers?

Yes, I offer both! I can work with you on a one-off project (like crafting an EDI strategy or overhauling onboarding), or provide ongoing support through a monthly retainer. Let’s chat about what works best for your team and goals.

Can you help if we don’t have an in-house HR team?

Absolutely. I regularly work with organisations who have no internal HR function or only a small team. I can provide standalone strategic and operational support, act as your interim People Partner, or work alongside founders and senior leaders to build strong HR foundations from the ground up and set up people practices that scale with your business.

We already have an HR team, can you still help?

Definitely. I love collaborating with in-house teams to support culture change, leadership development, system implementations, or EDI projects. Think of me as an extension of your team, bringing fresh perspective and specialist expertise where you need it most.

People-first, always. I combine strategic thinking with warmth and empathy, and I listen, collaborate and tailor everything to your team and unique context. No one-size-fits-all templates here, just thoughtful, human support that makes a real impact.

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the type of support, but I’m always transparent with pricing and happy to work with your budget where possible. Just get in touch and we can chat it through.

Can you fix our culture overnight?

If only! Culture is a living, breathing thing, not a switch you can flick. But I can help you take clear, manageable steps toward the culture you want, and build momentum that sticks. Think evolution, not revolution (with a healthy dose of fun along the way).

Are you just here to write HR policies?

Definitely not! I believe great people practices go way beyond policies, they show up in how people feel, how decisions are made, and how inclusive and human your organisation really is. (Though if you need policies, I’ve got you covered there too.)

We’re growing fast, is it too soon to think about people strategy?

It’s never too soon! Laying strong foundations now will save you a whole lot of time, money, and headaches later. I can help you scale sustainably by putting simple, values-aligned practices in place early on, before things get messy.

Our team’s remote / hybrid / in-person, can you work with that?

Absolutely. I’ve worked with fully remote teams across multiple time zones, as well as hybrid and in-person organisations. Wherever and however you work, I’ll adapt to what makes sense for your team and context.
