Hi, I'm Catherine - an award-winning People & Culture Consultant passionate about building compassionate, inclusive, and high-performing cultures.

With extensive experience leading People & Culture strategies across B Corps, non-profits, and values-driven SMEs, I bring both heart and rigour to everything I do. From strategic workforce planning to launching award-winning EDI initiatives, I’ve led meaningful transformation at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Whilst working in-house as a Head of HR & Operations, I was recognised for my work in building inclusive workplaces, uplifting employee engagement by 42%, and shaping standout internship and wellbeing programmes. I’m proud to have helped maintain B Corp status for organisations, and to have been named one of Agency Hackers’ Operations Leaders Top 50 in 2024.
